Product Safety Information
For your safety precaution, please read the Rydebot product user manual using the link above prior to using the suitcase. Please do not use the suitcase until you have read the instructions carefully and fully understand the performance of Rydebot.
It is strictly prohibited to make sudden acceleration, deceleration and make sharp turns. Please do not speed fast but rather ride using a steady speed base on the environment you riding the suitcase.
If you have difficulty balancing yourself and risk of falling please do not use this product.
The Rydebot suitcase may has some wear and tear over the cause of use while riding or in transportation which may affect the performance safety of the product. Therefore each time before you use Rydebot, please perform the following inspection check:
i. It is necessary to check all components and parts of Rydebot are securely installed with no damages and the brake function as well as the tires are in good condition.
ii. Please fully understand and survey the riding environment prior to take the journey to ride on Rydebot. This is to make sure you are safe and protected from cars, bicycles, other vehicles on the roads, pedestrians, pets and other obstacles.
For your safety please avoid riding on uneven, muddy, rocky, slippery roads, slopes and stairs to prevent the tire rim deformation and put you put in danger.
Please do not ride on ramps or slopes greater than 15 degrees.
Anyone who is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or have limited mobility and responsiveness are prohibited from riding on this product.
It is your responsibility to safeguard your belongings in the suitcase, please do not store cash or valuables in the product.
Please do not hang bags, torch light or any items on the handle bar.
This product is suitable for age 12 and up and only for single passenger.
Please charge the battery after every use. Battery can be affected by the environment temperature. In general the discharge performance of electricity is better when the temperature is higher. When the temperature drops below zero degrees Celsius, the battery's power may drop by more than one-third. However when the temperature rebounds to more than 20 degrees Celsius, the battery will naturally recovers back to its normal performance.
Please keep the battery and power cord clean from dust at all time. Heavy dust accumulation in humid environments may cause fire hazards.
Please do not damage, force bend or bundle the power cord. Please disregard the power cord or the battery if there is any damage in a proper manner.
Please do not place heavy objects on the the power cord or battery or expose them to places that emit excessive heat.
Please do not insert foreign objects inside the USB ports, charge-discharge connectors, or other openings of the product.
Please do not dismantle any parts of the suitcase of its electronic components and wiring on your own.
Please do not place the luggage in damp or unventilated or acidy environment for long period of time.
Please dry the luggage immediately if it gets wet.
Please do not store fireworks or any inflammable items inside the suitcase.
Please do not rinse water directly onto the suitcase or use it during rainy days.
When closing the suitcase, please be aware that your skin/ body or clothes are not caught in the case zippers or lock.
Please do not store liquid or any leak-able liquid items in the luggage as it may cause a short circuit in the inner electrical components.
Rydebot is not responsible for any use of charging cables and other accessories that are not designed by Rydebot in the event of an accident.
Rydebot is not liable for any damage to the product as a result of unauthorized removal or modification of the product and may deprive you from our product warranty commitment.
